GAPS Flat Bread

3 cups almond flour
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1 cup kefir

Spread thin on parchment paper and bake at 350° for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
