Double Chocolate Cookies

These were first made for us by my friend Janet, a culinary school graduate and now homeschool mom...

Combine the following wet ingredients:
1 C. butter, softened
1 C. brown sugar
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Combine the following dry ingredients:
2 1/4 C. flour
1/2 C. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Add combined dry ingredients to combined wet ingredients.  Stir in 2 C. chocolate chips.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
